Sure Tennessee loves to run with the ball and being at home allows them to do this a little better, but lets look at the numbers. Overall the average for these teams is 166.2. That includes all their games against Tennesse High and Northeastern Bumblebeefuck State. Against decent competition Marquette averages below 70 a game(Wisc 61, IUPUI 69, Dayton75) and Tennessee averages 78.6 (Temple 72, Gonzaga 74, Georgia Tech 90) and both MU and UT are good teams 148.6avg.
